An expected presence at the Bordeaux exhibition

At Vinexpo Bordeaux 2019 at the Bordeaux Lac Exhibition Centre, many prestigious exhibitors presented their products and services to industry players from all over the world. As a major partner of this event, Alibaba Group held a 1.5 hour conference and a 154m² stand.

Alibaba Group was represented by TMall (天猫), one of their B2C e-commerce platforms. Accompanied by 1919, a platform specialized in the distribution of alcoholic beverages in China, they invited four major Chinese alcohol brands: SHUIJINGFANG (水井坊), LANGJIU (郎酒), RIO(锐澳鸡尾酒) and JIANGXIAOBAI (江小白) with the aim of promoting the richness of Chinese culture in the world of alcoholic beverages.

The various promotional activities of the Tmall subsidiary presented at Vinexpo were part of a campaign entitled “国潮行动 CHINA COOL“, aimed at promoting Chinese brands and companies.

As agent for Alibaba Group’s promotional activities, S2S Group was responsible for the smooth running of the conference and stand activities, but also for the design of the stand, its construction, its dismantling, the recruitment of staff (photographers, hostesses, translators-interpreters, etc.), the management of relations between the partners-guests and Vinexpo and the creation of promotional content for the group.
