On December 9, 2019, the government of Dongguan (Guangzhou province, southern China) brought together around fifty guests at the Oriental Paris (Xinhua Gallery) for the opening of the “La Manufacture et Le Monde” exhibition. Representatives from the French cultural and artistic world, the Chinese Embassy in France, Chinese companies and the media were able to preview the 70 photos highlighting the cultural wealth and technological progress of the city of Dongguan.
On the occasion of the 55th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between France and China, the Dongguan government organized this exhibition to promote understanding and dialogue between Chinese manufacturing art and French craftsmanship.
